O que pensou o nosso painel

Aroma: médio a malte torrado com notas a café e ligeiro chocolate preto, seguido de aroma médio a médio-baixo a lúpulo (floral, ligeiramente “verde”).

Aparência: cor castanho muito escuro com reflexos rubi em contra-luz. Quase opaca. Espuma média, de cor castanho claro, com boa retenção. Ligeira formação de “laço”.

Sabor: similar ao aroma com uma caracter equilibrado a malte (café) e lúpulo (“verde”/fresco e ligeiramente floral). Amargor médio com um final seco, torrado e amargo.

Palato: corpo médio-baixo com carbonatação média.

Geral: uma Black IPA muito agradável e equilibrada.
