O que pensou o nosso painel

Aroma: moderado a malte com notas a caramelo, seguido de um aroma a ameixas secas e álcool (quase solvente).

Aparência: cor âmbar escruro e limpa. Espuma média, de cor bege, com boa retenção. Formação de laço.

Sabor: similar ao aroma com um caracter média a malte (tostado, caramelizado) e notas a ameixas secas. Amargor médio-baixo a baixo com um final seco e ligeiramente amargo.

Palato: corpo médio com carbontação média. Ligeira sensação de calor do álcool.

Geral: uma Belgian Strong Ale indicada para envelhecer.
